[摘要]目的 探讨主动脉夹层风险评分在主动脉夹层(AD)早期诊断中的敏感度。方法 选择2015年1月～2017年9月在我院收治的经计算机断层扫描血管造影(CTA)确诊的50例主动脉夹层患者作为观察组，50例非主动脉夹层患者作为对照组。比较两组患者的一般情况、主动脉夹层危险因素以及评分的敏感度。结果 两组患者在脉搏短绌、剧烈胸背痛等危险因素的分布上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；评分≥5分时诊断的敏感度最高。结论 主动脉夹层风险评分≥5分时诊断敏感度较高，可以作为主动脉早期诊断的依据。
