[摘要]到目前为止，胰十二指肠切除术(pancreaticoduodenectomy，PD)仍然是针对胰头和壶腹周围良性及恶性疾病的常规术式。作为腹部手术中的最大型的手术，该术式涉及的脏器多，手术难度大，术后出现各种并发症的概率较高。随着手术医生技术的提高、经验的丰富以及围术期及术后管理的合理规范化，本病死亡率明显下降，但术后并发症的发生率(18.5%～50.0%)仍令人不甚满意。胰瘘发生是术后最主要的并发症之一，是导致患者死亡率升高、延长在院时间等的主要原因之一，因此，本文就PD术后会导致胰瘘发生的各种可能的危险因素根据现存的报道及临床观察进行综述。
