[摘要]目的 探讨早产儿血液中Notch 3的变化对支气管肺发育不良(BPD)的早期诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析佛山市妇幼保健院2016年1月～2017年2月接收的胎龄27～32周，存活28 d以上的患儿78例，其中患有BPD 23例，非BPD患儿55例，将BPD患儿组设定为观察组，将同期在新生儿科诊治的、与BPD组患者胎龄性别相匹配、未诊断BPD的患儿设为对照组。测定两组患儿体内Notch 3表达情况。结果 观察组患儿在第7、14、21天体内Notch 3值逐渐增加，且显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 BPD的发病过程中存在Notch 3高表达，Notch 3值对BPD有较高的早期诊断价值。
