综上所述，妊娠合并糖尿病患者分娩结局与糖化血红蛋白量密切相关，糖化血红蛋白量越高，分娩不良结局的发生率越高，积极监测并降低妊娠患者血糖有利于改善分娩结局，值得临床推广应用。
