双极人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的临床效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨双极人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法 选取2014年2月～2017年6月修水县中医院收治的62例高龄股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象，根据抛硬币的方法将其分为两组，每组各31例。对照组患者接受常规保守治疗措施，观察组患者则接受双极人工股骨头置换术治疗措施。比较两组患者的临床疗效及并发症发生率。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率(87.09%)高于对照组(64.52%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率(16.13%)低于对照组(48.39%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 高龄股骨颈骨折患者采用双极人工股骨头置换术治疗，有助于促进患者病情的康复以及疗效的提高，值得临床应用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bipolar artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly. Methods A total of 62 cases of senile femoral neck fracture treated in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xiushui County from February 2014 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the method of coin tossing， 31 cases in each group. The control group received conventional conservative treatment measures， and the observation group received bipolar artificial femoral head replacement therapy. The rate of curative effect and the incidence of complications between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (87.09%) was higher than that of the control group (64.52%)， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group (16.13%) was lower than that of the control group (48.39%)， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Bipolar femoral head replacement for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture is helpful to promote the rehabilitation and curative effect of patients， and it can be applied in clinic.

最新報道显示[1]，伴随我国老龄化人口数量的增加以及各种慢性病的影响，高龄患者股骨颈骨折的发生率呈现出日益增加的趋势。股骨颈骨折患者需卧床休息，而对高龄患者来说，这明显增加其发生各种并发症的风险，给患者的康复和生活造成严重影响，甚至危及患者的生命安全[2]。以往多采取保守治疗，虽然能够取得一定疗效，但并发症发生率高，并不能被患者所接受[3]。近年来，在临床中对高龄年患者采用双极人工股骨头置换术方案治疗的比例明显增加，其术中用时短、失血量少的优点得到普遍认可，而且术后早期即可进行康复训练，预防和减少了各种并发症的发生率[4-5]。本研究选取修水县中医院收治的62例高龄股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象，探讨双极人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的临床效果，现报道如下。, 百拇医药(黄诚 莫阳娇 冷敏辉 冷干生 卢江)
