[摘要]目的 探讨整体护理在血小板减少输血患者中的应用价值。方法 选择2017年9月～2018年9月我科室收治的血小板减少输血患者60例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各30例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上施行整体护理。比较两组患者的治疗效果，血小板水平复常时间、临床治疗时间，护理满意度。结果 观察组的总有效率(90.00%)明显高于对照组(66.67%)(P<0.05);观察组患者的血小板水平复常时间、临床治疗时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意度(93.33%)明显高于对照组(73.33%)(P<0.05)。結论 整体护理血应用于血小板减少输血患者中的效果明显，能缩短患者的治疗时间，提高其护理满意度，值得推广。
