基于课堂和慕课的线下线上混合教学模式在护理学教学中的应用效果(1)

     [摘要]目的 探讨基于课堂和慕课的线下线上混合教学模式在护理学教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年3~7月牡丹江医学院136名2017级护理专业本科班学生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各68名。对照组学生采取常规的教学方法,观察组学生采取基于课堂和慕课的线下线上混合教学模式进行教学。教学结束后,以观察组学生作为调查对象,调查基于课堂和慕课的线下线上混合教学模式的教学效果。以全体学生作为调查对象,比较两组学生的综合能力。结果 观察组学生对基于课堂和慕课的线下线上混合教学模式的教学效果较为满意,总满意率均在90%以上。观察组学生的学习能力、时间安排利用能力、沟通能力和知识归纳能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采取基于课堂和慕课的线下线上混合教学模式进行教学,有效提高了护理专业学生的教学效果。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of offline and online mixed teaching mode based on classroom and MOOC in nursing teaching. Methods A total of 136 students of the 2017 grade nursing undergraduates in Mudanjiang Medical University from March to July 2018 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 68 cases in each group. The students in the control group adopted the conventional teaching method, and the students in the observation group adopted the offline and online mixed teaching mode based on classroom and MOOC. After the end of the teaching, the students in the observation group were selected as the survey objects, and the teaching effect of the offline and online mixed teaching mode based on classroom and MOOC was investigated. All students were selected as survey subjects to compare the comprehensive abilities of the two groups. Results Most of students in the observation group were satisfied with the teaching effect of the offline and online mixed teaching mode based on classroom and MOOC, and the total satisfaction rate was above 90%. The scores of learning ability, time utilization ability, communication ability and knowledge induction ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The offline and online mixed teaching mode based on classroom and MOOC can effectively improve the teaching effect of nursing students.

    護理学是一个不断发展和进化的学科,随着护理学的发展,其教学内容也随之不断丰富和完善,如早期护理工作主要以简单的清洁卫生护理工作为主,相应的在教学内容上,主要围绕着护士打针和发药等实践性操作知识展开。但现阶段的护理学已经转变为以患者康复为重心,教学内容随之由自然科学、社会科学、人文科学等多学科相互渗透组成[1-3]。教学内容的巨大变化,对教学模式提出了更高的要求[4]。在此背景下,我院根据慕课课程资源的海量性特点,将其与传统的课堂教学相互结合,由此构建出基于课堂和慕课的线下线上混合教学模式,其中以课堂教学作为基础,慕课教学作为扩展,并减少二者重复的内容,以使线下和线上教学融为一体。经过为期一学期的教学实践,取得了较为理想的教学效果,现将教学经验总结如下。, http://www.100md.com(高凡舒 呼莹 王程圆)
