[摘要]目的 评价二维三平面超声扫查联合三维超声诊断胎儿唇腭裂畸形的临床价值。方法 回顾性分析我院2017年4月～2018年5月本院出生后确认为唇腭裂的50例胎儿唇腭裂超声图像，分别经二维三平面超声扫查(单用组)、二维超声与三维超声联合检查(联合组)，对比胎儿唇腭裂的不同诊断方法价值。结果 联合组唇裂、腭裂、唇腭裂检出率高于单独组(P<0.05)，联合组的检出准确率、敏感度均高于单独组(P<0.05)。结论 二维三平面超声扫查联合三维超声诊断可提高胎儿唇腭裂畸形的诊断准确率，应用价值显著。
