品管圈活动对PICC带管患者导管维护依从性与护理人员综合素质的影响(1)
[摘要]目的 分析品管圈活动对PICC带管患者导管维护依从性与护理人员综合素质的影响。方法 选取2018年1～6月我院接收的100例PICC带管患者作为对照组，2018年7～12月我院接收的100例PICC带管患者作为观察组。对照组开展常规护理，观察组实施品管圈活动。比较两组的PICC知识掌握及导管维护健康知识掌握情况，分析两组护理人员的综合素质。结果 观察组的PICC知识掌握评分和导管维护健康知识掌握评分均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员的责任心、主动性、自信心、和谐度、凝聚力及问题解决能力等各项综合素质评分均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 品管圈活动可促进护理人员综合素质的提升，用于PICC带管患者对其导管维护依从性的改善有利。

Effect of quality control circle activity on catheter maintenance compliance and comprehensive quality of nursing staff in PICC tube

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the influence of quality control circle activities on catheter maintenance compliance and comprehensive quality of nursing staff in PICC patients. Methods From January to June 2018， 100 patients with PICC tube received by our hospital were selected as the control group， from July to December 2018， 100 patients with PICC tube as the observation group. The control group was given routine nursing， the observation group carrie out quality control circle activities. PICC knowledge and catheter maintenance health knowledge of the two groups were compared， the comprehensive quality of the two groups of nurses staff were analysed. Results The PICC knowledge acquisition scores and catheter maintenance health knowledge master scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the nursing staffs′ sense of responsibility， initiative， self-confidence， harmony， the comprehensive quality scores of cohesion and problem-solving ability were significantly higher than those of the control group， and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The quality control circle activity can promote the improvement of the comprehensive quality of nursing staff. It is beneficial to the improvement of catheter maintenance compliance in PICC patients.
