穴位敷贴联合优质护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用效果(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨穴位敷贴联合优质护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2017年3月～2019年2月我院收治的60例COPD患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各30例。对照组采用隔物灸联合优质护理，观察组采用穴位敷贴联合优质护理干预，比较两组肺功能、生活质量评价标准(SF-36)评分及治疗总有效率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率(93.33%)显著高于对照组(76.67%，P<0.05)。观察组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组SF-36各项评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对COPD患者，采用穴位敷贴联合优质护理实施干预，效果好，不仅能改善其肺功能，还能提高生活质量，临床应用价值高。

Application effect of acupoint application combined with quality nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of acupoint application combined with quality nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods A total of 60 patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method， 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with moxibustion and high-quality nursing， while the observation group was treated with acupoint application and high-quality nursing. The pulmonary function， quality of life evaluation standard (SF-36) score and total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (93.33%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (76.67%， P<0.05). Exhaled vital capacity (FVC)， forced expiratory volume (FEV1) in the first second in the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For COPD patients， acupoint application combined with high-quality nursing intervention， the effect is good，not only can improve their lung function， but also improve the quality of life， clinical application value is high.

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)屬于中医“肺胀病”范畴，好发于秋冬寒冷季节或气候骤变时，伴随环境污染的日渐严重，COPD的患病数呈现逐年且快速增加趋向，按照此增长进程，到2020年时，其将成为诱发死亡的第3诱因。COPD发病后患者因壅阻气道，肺失宣肃、痰郁久化热，痰热郁肺，故而出现咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷、呼吸困难、喘促等症状影响日常活动，患者活动受限、生活质量受到严重影响[1]。有研究指出[2]，采用穴位敷贴治疗COPD可获得突出效果。临床对此病治疗时，还需开展优质护理干预来强化治疗效果。优质护理为一种对基础护理加以强化的新型护理模式，能为患者提供更加全面、深入、细致的护理服务。通过本研究，得出穴位敷贴联合优质护理对COPD症状的改善，生活质量提高都优于隔物灸联合优质护理，现报道如下。, 百拇医药(黄园清)
