不同气道湿化方法在气管切开术后患者中的效果比较(1)

     [摘要]目的 探討不同气道湿化方法在气管切开术后患者中的效果比较。方法 选取2016年2月~2017年3月我院诊治的78例气管切开术后患者作为研究对象,按气道湿化方法的不同分成A组(人工鼻湿化组),B组(文丘里湿化组),C组(超声雾化仪湿化组,利用超声雾化仪联合郑氏排痰阀湿化),每组各26例。比较三组的湿化效果、痰液黏稠度及相关并发症发生情况。结果 C组湿化效果均优于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组痰液黏稠度优于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组并发症率总发生率为11.54%,低于A组(76.92%)和B两组(53.85%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 超声雾化仪联合郑氏排痰阀湿化法的湿化满意度高,重度痰液黏稠率及相关并发症发生率低,其排痰效果优于人工鼻湿化法和文丘里湿化法,值得临床推广。

    Effect comparison of different airway humidification methods in patients after tracheotomy

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the comparison of different airway humidification methods in patients after tracheotomy. Methods A total of 78 patients who underwent tracheotomy from February 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the subjects of study and divided into group A (artificial nasal humidification group), group B (venturi humidification group), and group C (ultrasonic nebulizer humidification group, using ultrasonic nebulizer combined with Zheng′s sputum drainage valve) according to different methods of airway humidification, 26 cases in each group. The humidification effect, sputum consistency and related complications of three group were compared. Results The humidification effect of group C was better than that of group A and group B, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The sputum consistency in group C was better than that in group A and group B, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The complication total rate of group C was 11.54%, which was lower than that of group A (76.92%) and group B (53.85%), the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound nebulizer combined with Zheng′s sputum evacuation valve has high humidification satisfaction, low viscous rate of severe sputum and incidence of related complications. Its sputum evacuation effect is superior to artificial nose humidification and venturi humidification. It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
