本研究结果显示，急诊机械取栓术应用替罗非班抗血小板治疗安全、有效，有潜在的临床应用价值，但因本研究属于单中心、小样本病例观察，安全性和有效性尚需进一步采用多中心、大样本临床试验去证实。
