医用新型纺织品和医用普通棉布在消毒供应中心包装中使用效果的比较(1)

     [摘要]目的 探討医用新型纺织品和医用普通棉布包装手术敷料包在灭菌中的闭合性能和阻菌效果。方法 选取我院2019年7~12月240个相同规格的手术敷料包,采用随机抽签法将其分为实验组与对照组,每组各120个。实验组的待灭菌手术敷料包采用医用新型纺织(120 cm×120 cm)两块分层包装法进行包装,对照组的待灭菌手术敷料采用医用普通棉布(120 cm×120 cm)两块分层包装法进行包装。所有手术敷料包在经灭菌后,化学指示卡、化学指示胶带、物理参数检测均合格的情况下,比较两组的闭合性能;将所有灭菌后的手术敷料包存放在无菌物品存放区,于储存7、14、30、60、90、180 d时进行细菌学检测,比较两组细菌培养阳性情况。结果 灭菌后,实验组闭合性能检测中出现1例散包,无湿包、破损情况,闭合性能合格率为99.17%;对照组闭合性能检测中出现5例散包,5例湿包,11例破损情况,闭合性能合格率为82.50%。实验组的闭合性能合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组各取10个手术敷料包于储存7、14、30、60、90、180 d时进行细菌学检测,结果显示,实验组和对照组在7、14 d时细菌培养阳性数均为0;实验组在30、60、90、180 d时细菌培养阳性数分别为0,而对照组在30、60、90、180 d时细菌培养均出现阳性,两组30、60、90、180 d时的细菌培养阳性情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在闭合性能方面,医用新型纺织品包装的灭菌敷料包闭合性能优于医用普通棉布包装的灭菌敷料包,在阻菌效果方面医用新型纺织品包装能在180 d内有效阻隔细菌,而医用普通棉布包装能在14 d内能有效阻隔细菌,却无法保证14 d后有效阻断细菌,因此医用新型纺织品值得在消毒供应中心包装中推广使用。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the closure performance and bacteriostasis effect of medical new-type textile and medical ordinary cotton cloth of surgical dressing packs in the sterilization. Methods A total of 240 surgical dressing packs of the same specification in our hospital from July to December 2019 were selected, and divide into experimental group and control group by random drawing method, with 120 cases in each group. In the experimental group, the dressing packages for sterilized surgery were packaged by two layers of medical new-type textile (120 cm×120 cm), while in the control group, the dressing packages for sterilized surgery were packaged by two layers of medical cotton cloth (120 cm×120 cm). After sterilization, when all the surgical dressing packages were qualified in chemical indicator card, chemical indicator tape and physical parameter test, the closure performance of the two groups was compared. All sterilized surgical dressings were stored in the sterile storage area, and bacteriological tests were performed at 7, 14, 30, 60, 90 and 180 days after storage, and the positive bacterial cultures of the two groups were compared. Results After sterilization, there was 1 case of loose package in the closure performance test of the experimental group, no wet package or damage, the closure performance qualification rate was 99.17%. In the control group, there were 5 cases of loose package, 5 cases of wet package, 11 cases of damage, and the closure performance qualification rate was 82.50%. The closure performance qualification rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Altogether 10 surgical dressings were taken in each of the two groups and stored for 7, 14, 30, 60, 90 and 180 days for bacteriological testing, and the results showed that the number of positive bacterial cultures in the experimental group and the control group was both 0 on 7 and 14 days. The number of positive bacterial cultures in the experimental group was 0 at 30, 60, 90, and 180 days, while that was positive in the control group at 30, 60, 90, and 180 days. There were statistically significant differences in the positive bacterial cultures between the two groups at 30, 60, 90, and 180 days (P<0.05). Conclusion In terms of closure performance, the closure performance of the sterile dressing package of the medical new-type textile packaging is better than that of the sterile dressing package of the medical ordinary cotton cloth. In terms of bacteriostasis effect, the medical new-type packaging can effectively block bacteria within 180 days, while the medical ordinary cotton cloth packaging can effectively block bacteria within 14 days, but there is no guarantee to effectively block bacteria after 14 days. Therefore, medical new-type textile is worth promoting and using in sterilization supply center packaging., 百拇医药(黎云霞)
