银屑病患者生命质量相关问题(1)
【摘要】 银屑病可以严重影响患者社会心理健康，已经受到医患双方的普遍关注。健康相关生命质量的测量，在发达国家已被广泛应用于患者健康状况的监测、治疗、效果评价及为卫生决策等提供依据。本文就生命质量的概念、常用测量方法及在银屑病中的应用结果、对银屑病治疗的影响等作一综述。

【Abstract】 Psoriasis can have a profound impact on a patients quality of life.Disease-specific psoriasis-related quality of life measures have recently been developed and used in several hospital-based investigations.It indicated that health-related quality of life measures are becoming a necessary adjunct to traditional clinical assessments in the evaluation and treatment of psoriasis patients by the individual clinician.They also provide valuable information to government agencies in the determination.
