热毒宁治疗水痘的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 观察热毒宁注射液治疗儿童水痘的疗效。方法 将54例患儿随机分为2组，治疗组给予热毒宁注射液；对照组给予利巴韦林针；观察比较两组的疗效及不良反应。结果 治疗组的效果明显优于对照组，表现为退热、皮疹消退的时间明显缩短，总病程也明显缩短(P<0.01)，未见明显不良反应。结论 热毒宁注射液治疗儿童水痘疗效好，安全，值得推广应用。
