【摘要】 随着对肿瘤细胞研究的深入，越来越多的证据支持肿瘤干细胞学说，而端粒与细胞寿命的研究也在不断深入，根据现有证据与成果，把二者应用于临床治疗中，也许会有令人振奋的结果出现。

【Abstract】 With advanced research into cancer cell development, more and more evidence supports cancer stem cell theory. With the age of cell research, telomerase also receives great attention. According to existing evidence and accomplishments, if the two theories are connected and applied in clinical treatment. We might witness heart-stopping results.

恶性肿瘤是威胁人类的严重疾病，自1907年来，近百年的研究取得了令人瞩目的成绩，特别是近年来原癌基因与抑癌基因的发现，蛋白质的转录与翻译，细胞间信号转导通路与级联效应的研究深入，在恶性肿瘤的基础研究方面都取得了令人欣喜的成果，但临床应用中的癌症的早期诊断及手术后的转移与复发以及放疗对于癌细胞扩散后的无能为力，而化疗不分敌我的一杀到底的尴尬局面并未得到很大改善。癌症依旧每年在全球夺走700万条生命 ......
