下肢管状骨骨折中应用新型外固定支架的研究
【摘要】 目的 探讨应用新型外固定支架治疗下肢管状骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 将笔者所在医院2006年6月~2010年7月收治的45例下肢管状骨骨折患者，按照治疗方法不同，分为对照组20例和观察组25例，对照组采用带锁髓内钉治疗，观察组采用Hoffmann Ⅱ型外固定支架治疗，随访6个月~2年，观察两组患者的临床疗效和并发症情况，进行统计分析。结果 观察组的有效率为100%，明显高于对照组的85%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)，两组的并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Hoffmann Ⅱ型外固定支架治疗下肢管状骨骨折效果优于带锁髓内钉治疗，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective Application of new external fixation of lower limb bone fracture treatment efficacy.Methods 45 patients who were diagnosed lower limb bone fracture from June 2006 to July 2010 in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group, and 20 cases were in the control group while 25 were in the observation group. The control group was treated with interlocking nails and the observation group was with Hoffmann Ⅱ type external fixation. After that, observed the clinical efficacy and complications by followed up for 6 months to 2 years, the analyzed by statistical method.Results The observation group was significantly higher than the control group in the effective rate(P<0.05).Complication rate between the two groups was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Hoffmann Ⅱ type external fixation is more effective than the interlocking nails in the treatment of lower limb bone fractures and it should be widely applied. ......
