【摘要】 目的 寻找影响儿童死亡的主要死因，为降低5岁以下儿童死亡率提供对策和依据。方法 分析统计2008～2010年钦州市儿童死亡监测点上报的儿童死亡报告卡及病历。结果 监测点上报5岁以下儿童死亡共317例，全部进行评审，前四位主要死因分别为早产低出生体重、出生窒息、其他先天异常和肺炎。结论 加强围产期保健、高危妊娠管理，提高产时监护及新生儿疾病抢救能力，重视产前筛查工作，提高科学准确的产前诊断水平，是降低5岁以下儿童死亡率的关键。
