促红细胞生成素治疗癌性贫血疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 探讨促红细胞生成素(EPO)治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后贫血患者的临床疗效。方法 将41例恶性肿瘤化疗后贫血的患者分为观察组(21例)和对照组(20例)，两组均接受2个周期的化疗。观察组在每1个化疗周期结束48 h后给予EPO 12000 U皮下注射，3次/周，连续3周，共用6周。两组的辅助治疗相同。于第2个周期的EPO治疗结束后评价疗效。结果 EPO治疗6周后，观察组的血红蛋白水平、血细胞比容、红细胞计数均较治疗前有明显上升，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组化疗前后血红蛋白水平、血细胞比容、红细胞计数的变化不明显。结论 EPO能改善化疗相关性贫血，提高肿瘤患者的生活质量，值得临床推广应用。
