    【摘要】 培养良好的职业心理素质是中高职护理专业女生成功走向工作岗位的关键一步，外科护理学教学工作有两个重要任务：一是传授系统的外科护理学知识和技能；其二就是培养学生良好的职业心理素质。护理专业女生有其特殊的心理特征，本文对塑造护理专业女生良好职业心理素质的方法进行了初步的探讨。

    【Abstract】 It is a key step for vocational nursing girl students to cultivate professional psychological quality in the success towards work.There are two important tasks in surgical nursing teaching.One is to impart systematic surgical nuring knowledge and skills; the other is to train their professional psychological quality. Nursing schoolgirls have special psychological characteristics, based on which, this paper conducts preliminary discussion about the methods on how to train their professional psychological quality.
