【摘要】 目的 探讨神经外科患者输液后发生静脉炎的理想治疗方法。方法 选择输液后并发两处以上静脉炎的神经外科患者60例，进行随机自身对照研究，分美宝湿润疗法(实验组)和50%硫酸镁组(对照组)。结果 实验组有效率为96.6%，对照组有效率为83.3%，差异有统计学意义(χ【sup】2【/sup】50.48，P<0.005)。结论 美宝湿润疗法治疗神经外科患者输液后发生的静脉炎效果优于硫酸镁组，具有起效快，痛苦轻，疗效好，且操作简便等特点，是理想的治疗神经外科静脉炎患者的方法。
