【摘要】 目的 分析小儿阑尾炎误诊原因，降低小儿阑尾炎的误诊率，减少术后并发症的发生。方法 回顾首诊儿内科的69例急性阑尾炎的临床资料，对病史、相关检查结果、手术所见进行回顾性研究，分析误诊原因。结果 小儿急性阑尾炎的临床特征不同于成人，原因是年龄越小其症状、体征越不典型。结论 对小儿急性阑尾炎的临床症状特点缺乏足够的认识，腹部体征的掌握不准确是误诊的主要原因，选择恰当的诊断手段，既可减轻患儿的痛苦，又可减少并发症，对及时治疗此病具有重要意义。

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the causes of misdiagnosis of appendicitis in children,reduce the rate of misdiagnosis of appendicitis in children,reduce postoperative complications.Methods Child first diagnosed 69 cases of acute appendicitis medicine clinical data,medical history,relevant test results,surgical findings were retrospectively analyzed the causes of misdiagnosis.Results Clinical features of acute appendicitis in children differs from adults,because the younger the symptoms and signs of the less typical.Conclusion The clinical symptoms of acute appendicitis in children lack sufficient knowledge of the characteristics,abdominal signs are not accurate grasp of the main reasons for misdiagnosis,select the appropriate diagnostic tool,can alleviate the suffering of children,can reduce complications,the timely treatment of this disease was important. ......
