【摘要】 目的 探讨腋下小切口手术在食管癌治疗中的价值。方法 应用随机对照研究前瞻性分析2005~2010年开展的腋下小切口和标准后外侧切口手术治疗食管癌疗效，比较两组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后胸管放置时间、术后切口疼痛程度、住院时间及手术疗效等方面的差异。结果 与对照组比较，研究组出血量少、胸管放置时间及术后住院时间缩短、切口疼痛轻，手术时间两组无明显差异。结论 腋下小切口手术治疗食管癌是安全、可行的，具有创伤小、痛苦轻、疗效可靠，术后患者生活质量高等优点，临床应用前景良好。
