【摘要】 目的 探讨缓慢性心律失常的手术患者在围手术期安装临时心脏起搏器的护理。方法 53例合并缓慢性心律失常的手术患者，在手术前24 h内安装临时心脏起搏器，对术前护理、术中配合、术后护理等提出了科学的护理方法。结果 全部患者均顺利完成麻醉及手术，围手术期无任何护理并发症发生。结论 缓慢性心律失常患者在围手术期安装临时心脏起搏器并运用科学的护理方法，可使外科手术安全、有效，保证了手术的顺利进行并保障病员安全，减少手术风险。【关键词】 临时心脏起搏器； 外科手术； 临床护理

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the perioperative nursing of temporary cardiac pacemaker in bradyarrhymia patient.Methods Fifty-three patients with bradyarrhythmia were palcemented with temporary cardiac pacemaker within 24 hours before operation by scientific nurse.Results All patients were anesthesiaed and operated successfully without Perioperative nursing complications.Conclusion The scientific nurse in perioperative bradyarrhythmia patients with temporary cardiac pacemaker might reduce the surgery risk.
