【摘要】 目的 探讨来曲唑(LE)对多囊卵巢综合征不孕妇女促排卵的影响。方法 将多囊卵巢综合征导致不孕的45例患者分为(2.5 mg/d)LE+HMG、(5 mg/d)LE+HMG、(2.5 mg/d)LE 、(5 mg/d)LE四组，比较其促排卵效果。结果 来曲唑可有效用于促排卵。来曲唑半衰期短，通过外周和中枢两方面发挥促排卵作用，无类似氯米酚的抗雌激素作用，促排卵效果好。结论 来曲唑治疗不孕症效果良好，且5 mg/d用量比2.5 mg/d效果好。
