【摘要】 目的 探讨纳米银抗菌凝胶+安普贴治疗不可分期压疮患者的临床效果。方法 将90处不可分期压疮随机分成三组，均用生理盐水清洗压疮创面，实验组30处清洗后外搽纳米银抗菌，然后敷盖安普帖；对照1组30处清洗压疮创面后敷上安普帖；对照2组30处清洗创面后敷上浸有1%聚维酮碘液的纱块，然后敷盖无菌纱块。比较三组疗效。结果 5项指标观察组均显著优于对照1、2组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论 纳米银抗菌凝胶+安普贴治疗不可分期压疮患者，效果显著优于单纯安普贴换药和聚维酮碘换药。
