     【摘要】目的观察131I治疗Graves病的短期不良反应(1月内)。方法收集记录2008年11月～2010年8月180名Graves病患者行131I门诊治疗。通过治疗1月后来院复查，观察记录131I治疗后短期不良反应。结果共28位患者诉有较明显的不适反应，发生率为16%(28/180)。其中在1周内发生的26例，占93%。持续时间在1周内者15例，占83%。不适症状较多、繁杂，以全身肌肉酸软、乏力加重为最常见。体温升高2例，所有患者均未出现甲亢危象。结论 Graves病采取131I门诊治疗是安全的。大部分患者对其不良反应可耐受，并能自我缓解。但当全身情况差、合并其它疾病时，仍可出现体温增高、心悸乏力明显加重、纳差呕吐等严重反应，需要对这些患者在治疗前及治疗后小心仔细的对症支持处理。
