加速康复外科在结直肠癌患者手术中的应用分析(1)

【摘要】 目的 比较结直肠癌手术采用加速康复外科治疗和传统围手术期处理方法的安全性和有效性。方法 2007年5月～2010年6月笔者所在医院20例结直肠癌手术患者采用加速康复外科治疗(加速康复组)，2005年～2007年5月结直肠癌手术患者18例按传统方法进行围手术期处理(传统方法组)，比较两组患者术后恢复肠排气、停止静脉输液时间、术后并发症发生情况。结果 加速康复组与传统组相比，前组术后首次肠道排气提前，停止静脉输液时间提前，术后并发症的发生率下降。结论 结直肠癌手术患者应用加速康复外科治疗是安全、有效的方法。
