【摘要】 目的 比较彩色多普勒超声检查与CT血管造影技术(CTA)在腘动脉陷迫综合征中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析手术证实的腘动脉陷迫综合征患者共18例，全部患者术前均进行彩色多普勒超声和CTA检查，将两种方法诊断腘动脉陷迫综合征结果进行对比研究。结果 术前彩色多普勒超声和CTA诊断腘动脉陷迫综合征17例，正确率为94%，均误诊1例。结论 彩色多普勒超声作为CTA的重要补充，可作为诊断腘动脉陷迫综合征的首选方法。
