【摘要】 加强医院廉洁文化建设是新医改的内在要求和既定任务，只有使廉洁成为一种文化自觉，医院和医务工作者才能在市场经济的大潮中不迷失方向。文章阐述了医院廉洁文化建设的重要意义，对医院廉洁文化建设的误区进行了辨析，并提出了加强医院廉洁文化建设的对策。
