【摘要】 近年来的大量研究表明，某些外在因素或药物可以活化各种肿瘤所表达的肾上腺素能受体进而通过一定的信号转导通路引发一系列的后续效应，从而调节肿瘤的发生发展。这有助于进一步了解肿瘤的发展机制，同时也为肿瘤的治疗提供了新的靶向。
