【摘要】 目的：探讨鼻内窥镜下经咽鼓管鼓室内注射庆大霉素治疗难治性内耳性眩晕的疗效。方法：18例内耳性眩晕患者于鼻内窥镜下经咽鼓管注射庆大霉素，随访2年以上。结果：18例患者中，眩晕完全控制率72.22%，总有效率88.89%。听力下降率22.22%。结论：鼻内窥镜下经咽鼓管鼓室内注射庆大霉素治疗内耳性眩晕是一种简便、有效、副作用小的治疗方案，具有临床推广应用价值。
