补充叶酸对2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制和胰岛素抵抗的影响(1)

     【摘要】 目的:探讨叶酸对2型糖尿病患者血糖水平和胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法:选择笔者所在医院门诊及住院接受治疗的2型糖尿病患者92例,所有患者保证正常生活规律、饮食以及运动。随机选择46例为对照组,给予患者达美康片80 mg,2次/d,二甲双胍片0.5 g,3次/d;余46例为观察组,在对照组的基础上加服叶酸10 mg,3次/d,服用6个月。实验开始前暂停服用降糖药物,2周后于空腹以及2 h后采血测患者空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(P2BG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C),6个月后再次测量并比较。结果:治疗后,两组数据较治疗前均有明显改善,FPG、P2BG、HbA1c、FINS数值均较治疗前降低(P<0.01);治疗后两组各项指标比较,观察组5项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:叶酸可明显改善2型糖尿病患者的血糖水平,改善胰岛素抵抗,值得临床推广应用。

    Effection of Folic Acid Supplementation on Glycemic Control and Insulin Resistance of Type 2 Diatetes/JIANG Feng,WU Hong-yue.// Medical Innovation of China,2012,9(13):035-036

    【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the effect of folic acid supplementation acting on glycemic control and insulin resistance. Methods:Choose 92 patients of type 2 diabetes who were receiving cure in our hospital, all of the patients were assured to receive normal patterns of life、diet and exercise, randomly choose 46 patients as the control group, gave them tablet of diamicron 80 mg, Bid, tablet of metformin 0.5g, Tid, the rest 46 patients were observation group, all were given diamicron、metformin and folic acid 10mg, Tid, take 6 month. All of the patients stop taking hypoglycemic drugs before the the experiment, two weeks later, check FPG、P2BG、HbA1c、FINS、ISI, check again 6 months later, compare the difference of the two groups. Results:After treatment , two sets of data were significantly improved compared with before treatment, FPG、P2BG、HbA1c、FINS、ISI were lower than before treatment (P<0.01); after treatment, the 5 indicators of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Folic acid can significantly improve type 2 diabetes blood glucose levels, improve insulin resistance,worthy of clinical application.

    目前研究发现,2型糖尿病为复杂的遗传因素和环境因素共同作用的结果,发病机制是先从胰岛素抵抗伴胰岛素分泌不足,逐渐演变为胰岛素分泌不足伴胰岛素抵抗,胰岛素抵抗为胰岛素作用的靶器官,对胰岛素作用的敏感性降低,胰岛素失去降低血糖的作用从而引起高血糖。有研究发现[1] ......
