【摘要】 目的：探讨三级护理评估在精神科护理中的应用效果。方法：选择2010年6月-2011年6月在曲靖市第三人民医院住院的精神分裂症患者100例，按性别用“摸球法”随机均分为实验组和对照组，最后合并，每组50例，实验组用三级护理评估的工作方法进行护理，对照组只进行护理首页的评估，按以往的精神科护理常规护理。对患者采用百分比统计图表比较实验组和对照组的治疗依从性和风险情况，用护士用住院患者观察量表(NOSIE)对患者病情、住院治疗效果进行纵向观察评定，三次评定时间为：患者入院48 h、治疗2周后和出院前。结果：入院48 h评分比较显示：两组患者在6个反映因子中的得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗2周后评分比较显示：两组患者各项评分均有变化，实验组患者在个人整洁、总分、总积极分的得分高于对照组(P<0.01)，精神病表现、激惹得分低于对照组(P<0.01)；出院前评分比较显示：实验组患者在个人整洁、社会能力、社会兴趣、总分、总积极分的得分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)，而在激惹、抑郁、迟缓、总消极分得分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论：在精神科护理中实行三级护理评估的工作方法，可找出患者现存的和潜在的护理问题，以便采取相应的护理措施，给其及时的预见性干预，把安全关口前移，有效降低各类风险发生率，促进患者早日康复，是有效的护理方法。

【Abstract】 Objective：To elaborate and discuss the “three-level nursing evaluation” in psychiatric nursing.
