【摘要】 目的：比较炎琥宁与利巴韦林治疗疱疹性咽峡炎患儿的疗效。方法：疱疹性咽峡炎患儿110例，分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予利巴韦林治疗，观察组给予炎琥宁治疗。结果：观察组总有效率为94.55%，高于对照组81.82%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿均未见严重不良反应。结论：炎琥宁注射剂治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效可靠。
