【摘要】 目的：探讨腹内疝的诊治难点及体会。方法：回顾性分析本院2000-2011年收治的16例腹内疝的临床资料。结果：全部经手术证实诊断，治疗后痊愈。结论：腹内疝为外科少见疾病，需要高度重视以减少肠绞窄的发生。
