【摘要】 重症监护室收治急重症及多脏器衰竭的患者，由于患者病情危重变化快，护理项目多，因此对专业护理人员的素质和经验要求更加严格。年轻护士快速培养成为临床护理骨干，对年轻护士的继续再教育成为至关重要。

    【Abstract】 ICU is the special department accepting the patients with critical illness and multi-organ failure.It has more stringent requirements for quality and experience of professional nursing，because patients’ condition changes quickly and ICU care tasks are heavy.Re-education of young nurse is very important in order to train them to become clinical nursing backbone.
