【摘要】 目的：利用RNAi技术沉默腺样囊性癌细胞株ACC-2中VEGF的表达，探讨其对肿瘤细胞侵袭能力的影响。方法：利用RNAi技术沉默VEGF表达，用Transwell侵袭实验检测细胞体外侵袭能力的变化。结果：与对照组比较，VEGF的siRNA能有效地抑制实验组ACC-2细胞的侵袭能力。结论：沉默VEGF减弱腺样囊性癌的侵袭能力。
