【摘要】 目的：评价Bakri球囊填塞治疗产后出血的有效性。方法：回顾性分析2010年6月-2012年10月本院产后出血并应用Bakri球囊填塞治疗的患者18例，分析其总出血量、球囊充水量、球囊放置后出血量以及并发症等。结果：Bakri球囊填塞治疗产后出血的总有效率为77.8%。平均总出血量为1523 mL，平均球囊充水容积386 mL，平均继续出血量112 mL，所有患者均无并发症。结论：Bakri球囊填塞是产后出血的保守治疗方法，简单、有效、安全，可在其他手术治疗前优先考虑，以减少出血、稳定生命体征。
