【摘要】 阻生尖牙已成为口腔正畸科较为常见的疑难疾病之一，尤以上颌尖牙阻生的患者最为常见，正确的诊断是成功治疗阻生尖牙的关键。近年来，随着锥形束CT(CBCT)在国内不断普及，因其精确的定位与三维重建功能，现已逐渐成为上颌阻生尖牙的首选诊断方法及研究手段。本文就上颌阻生尖牙CBCT的临床应用及测量分析作一综述。
