【摘要】 新生儿溶血病(HDN)由母婴血型不合引起，是一种免疫性溶血性疾病，可导致新生儿黄疸、贫血、水肿、肝脾肿大、死胎等。本文简述了微柱凝胶技术在新生儿血型血清学检测中的应用，对于HDN的早期诊断、早期治疗、预防和降低新生儿溶血病的发生具有重要的意义。
