【摘要】 目的：利用冠状动脉CTA测量成人左主干的长度并对其进行分型。方法：收集218例行冠状动脉CTA患者的血管分析图像，对其左主干长度进行精确测量，并依据其长度情况进行分型。结果：218受试者，其冠状动脉左主干长度分布范围在0～23.9 mm，其中左主干长度为0 mm者，属于无主干型；其长度小于5.4 mm为短干型；长度介于5.4～16.6 mm间为普通型；大于16.6 mm者归为长干型。结论：冠状动脉CTA可以准确对左主干长度进行测量及分型。

    【Abstract】 Objective： To measure length of left main coronary artery and classify with coronary artery CTA. Method： To collecte vessel analysis images of 218 patients who underwent coronary artery CTA， and accurately measured their length of coronary artery left main， and according to classify with its length.
