【摘要】 通过38例先心病并肺部感染患儿的护理工作总结护理经验，并通过治疗护理前后患儿BNP水平，评价治疗护理疗效。结果显示精心的护理是使患儿尽快恢复的重要措施，其中保持呼吸道通畅、病情观察是关键，健康教育、生活护理和心理护理是重点。
