【摘要】 目的：观察以扶正祛邪法为主治疗甲状腺癌术后的临床疗效。方法：67例甲状腺癌患者，在接受手术、内分泌治疗后给予扶正消瘿汤2个月；治疗前后分别观察患者的甲状腺球蛋白(TG)水平及主要临床证候的变化情况。结果：67例患者TG水平降低率为91.04%，临床症候总有效率达79.10%。结论：甲状腺癌术后辅以中医辨证施治，能够减轻甲状腺癌内分泌治疗副反应，降低血清甲状腺球蛋白水平，改善临床症状，提升患者生活质量。
