【摘要】 目的：分析分光光度法测定游泳池水中尿素的不确定度。方法：采取分光光度法对游泳池水中的尿素含量进行检测，依据不确定度评定标准分析检测结果的不确定度。结果：取样为10 mL，k=2时，尿素含量检测结果为取样10 mL时尿素含量0.746 mg/L，不确定度为0.101 mg/L。结论：游泳池水中尿素含量测定结果的不确定度由多项分量组成，分光光度法反映出测定的科学性，对游泳池水质监测具有重要指导意义。
