【摘要】 三维体外细胞培养既能模拟体内细胞之间以及细胞外基质间信号转导的微环境，又可再现细胞培养的直观性及条件可控性。近年来三维体外细胞培养技术在生物医学研究中有着越来越广泛的应用，是药物毒性、肿瘤多耐药性、抗肿瘤药物高通量筛选及药物代谢等研究的有力工具。本文就三维肿瘤球聚体的构建及其最新的研究进展作简要综述。
