双黄连注射液辅助治疗支气管肺炎的疗效及其对血清降钙素原水平影响(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨双黄连注射液治疗支气管肺炎的临床疗效及其对血清降钙素原水平影响。方法：选取2012年1月-2014年6月本院收治的支气管肺炎患者80例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各40例患者，对照组给予西医常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用双黄连注射液治疗，两组疗程均为10 d。观察并对比两组的临床疗效和血清降钙素原水平。结果：观察组在临床总有效率方面明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组体温稳定、咳嗽、气急、肺部啰音消失、X线炎症吸收及平均治愈时间均明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后血白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、血清降钙素原水平均明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：双黄连注射液治疗邪热壅肺型支气管肺炎临床疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the curative effect and its effect on serum procalcitonin level of flavored Shuanghuanglian Injection in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia.Method：80 cases of patients with Bronchial pneumonia were selected from January 2012 to June 2014，and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method， 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment， the observation group was used flavored Shuanghuanglian Injection treatment on the basis of the control group， the course of the two groups were 10 d.The clinical efficacy and serum procalcitonin level of two groups were observed and compared.Result：The clinical total effective rate of the observation group were better than that in control group，the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05)；the temperature stability，cough， wheeze， lung’s rale disappear， X-ray inflammation absorption and the average healing time of the observation group were significantly better than the control group， the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05)；after treatment the blood leukocyte count， neutrophil percentage，and serum procalcitonin level of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group， the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion：The curative effect of flavored Shuanghuanglian Injection in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia is distinct， worthy of clinical popularization and application.
