【摘要】 颅内动脉瘤是引起非外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血最常见的原因。颅内动脉瘤再次破裂后患者的病死率上升，因此如何对其进行早期诊断成为临床医生关心的问题。近年来，随着CTA、DSA等检查技术的发展，颅内动脉瘤的检出率有所增加。目前，CTA作为相对无创的检查方法，在颅内动脉瘤诊断方面起重要作用。本文综述CTA成像技术对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值及相关研究进展。
