人性化管理理念在手术室护理管理中的应用(1)

     【摘要】 目的:探讨人性化护理管理在手术室护理管理中的应用。方法:选取2013年度本科室住院手术治疗的100例患者为对照组,采取通常的护理管理措施;另选取2014年度手术治疗的100例患者为观察组,手术全过程中采取人性化护理管理,比较两组的护理纠纷、护理差错、患者及家属的满意程度。结果:经过采取全面高效的护理管理措施,观察组的手术时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的满意程度为100%,对照组的满意程度为83.0%,有2例纠纷事件和10例护理差错,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的舒适度88.0%明显高于对照组39.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室护理管理中采取人性的化护理管理,能够让患者享受到最优质的服务,提高手术的治疗效果和家属的满意程度。

    【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application of humanized nursing management in nursing management in operation room. Method:100 patients with surgical treatment at our department in 2013 were selected as the control group,100 patients with surgical treatment at our department in 2014 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given usual nursing management ,the observation group was given humanized nursing management.The nursing disputes, nursing errors and satisfaction degree of patients and their families of two groups were compared.Result: The operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 100%;the control group of that was 83.0%, there were 2 cases of disputes and 10 cases of nursing errors,compared two groups the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort level of observation group was 88.0% significantly higher than control group of 39.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Nursing management in the operation room to take human nature of nursing management can let patients enjoy the best service, improve the operation of the treatment effect and satisfaction of family members.

    手术室是医院治疗的重要场所,随着社会的进步,医学技术越来越高[1]。目前在护理模式中人性化护理作为一种新模式,已被认可且得到广泛应用,可为患者提供更为优质且合理的护理服务,予以人性化照护,真正达到将患者作为核心促进其健康的目的[2]。为了提高护理质量,满足患者的需求,本院实施人性化管理理念,取得一定效果,以下是详细报道。

    1 资料与方法

    1.1 一般资料 本文选取2014年妇产科手术室采取人性化护理管理措施的100例患者作为观察组,年龄20~40岁,平均(25.0±4.5)岁;文化程度:中专34例、大专55例、本科及以上11例。另选取本科2013年收治的未实施人性化护理管理措施的100例患者作为对照组,年龄23~40岁,平均(27.0±4.5)岁;文化程度:中专31例、大专57例、本科及以上12例。两组的性别、年龄、文化程度等一般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),具有可比性。

    1.2 方法 对照组在手术室管理中采取了常规的护理方法进行管理,观察组在常规管理的基础上,采用了人性化管理,具体如下。

    1.2.1 建立良好的手术室工作环境 手术室要团结合作,以团队作战为主,管理者是整个团队的支柱,所以护理管理者要协调好护士与护士、医生与护士、麻醉师与护士之间的关系,创造一个和谐的氛围,从而在和谐的手术室环境下愉快工作[3]。, 百拇医药(章帼瑛)
