得必泰治疗消化性溃疡的Meta分析(1)
【摘要】 目的：系统评价得必泰颗粒治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法：使用中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中文科技期刊数据库(重庆维普)、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、PUBMED等数据库对得必泰铋颗粒治疗消化性溃疡的文献进行检索，数据采用软件RevMan 5.2进行统计分析。结果：共有9篇随机对照试验841例患者满足纳入标准。结果显示得必泰颗粒治疗消化性溃疡的总有效率好于常规使用的药物[Total合并=3.17，95%CI(2.07，4.85)，P<0.00001]，且其效果优于雷尼替丁[Total合并=4.10，95%CI(1.68，10.01)，P=0.002]，与甲硝唑及阿莫西林联合应用优于硫糖铝与甲硝唑及阿莫西林联合应用[Total合并=3.47，95%CI(1.69，7.11)，P=0.0007]，与雷贝拉唑、阿莫西林及克拉霉素联合应用时效果优于雷贝拉唑、阿莫西林及克拉霉素的三联疗法[Total合并=3.03，95%CI(1.38，6.63)，P=0.006]。试验未发现严重的副作用。结论：配合使用得必泰颗粒对消化性溃疡的治疗效果要比常规使用的药物治疗效果更好。

【Abstract】 Objective：To assess the efficacy of Bismutll Aluminate Compound Granules in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Method：The databases of Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM)，Chinese science and technology periodical database(Chongqing vip)，China hownet(CNKI)，Wanfang data and PUBMED were used to search the literatures about Bismutll Aluminate Compound Granules in the treatment of peptic ulcer.The software of RevMan 5.2 was used for statistic analysis.Result：Nine randomized controlled trials，including 841 patients met the inclusion criteria.Results showed that the total effective rate of Bismutll Aluminate Compound Granules in the treatment of peptic ulcer was better than that of routine drugs [total merge=3.17，95%CI(2.07，4.85)，P<0.00001].The efficacy of Bismutll Aluminate Compound Granules was better than Ranitidine[total merge=4.10，95%CI(1.68，10.01)，P=0.002].The effect of Bismutll Aluminate Compound Granules together with Metronidazole and Amoxicillin was better than Sucralfate together with Metronidazole and Amoxicillin[total merge=3.47，95%CI(1.69，7.11)，P=0.0007].The effect of joining Bismutll Aluminate Compound Granules was better than the only use of Rabeprazole Azole，Amoxicillin and Clarithromycin [total merge=3.03，95%CI(1.38，6.63)，P=0.006].There were no significant side effects in these trials.Conclusion：The effect of Bismutll Aluminate Compound Granules Granules in the treatment of peptic ulcer is more outstanding than conventional drug treatment.
